The news flying about that the All Progressive Congress (APC), Lagos State Chapter, has suspended Lagos State House of Assembly former Speaker, Adeyemi Ikuforiji, and 20 others including Special Adviser to the governor on Community and Communication Affairs, Hakeem Sulaiman-Oris, Attorney General, Niji Kaseem, Muslim Folami, James Faleke, Babatunde Quadri,, Segun Olulade, Tunde Buraimoh, Sakiru Anifowose Dengen, Yemi Alli, Hakeem Bamgbola, , ALHAJI Bashkirs Adekoya, Otumba Tayo Oyemade, Hon Abiodun Mafe, Rev Iyo Oyasodun, Sanyo Osijo, Hakeem Masha, Cornelius Ojelabi, Femi Apata, among others is not true. It is a lie from the pit of hell, an ugly story planted by ugly persons to cause disaffection in the land of limitless opportunities and the pride of the nation.

APC Governorship Primary May Get Raw After Ambode’s Secret N5.5bn Disbursement - Politics -

Concerned members from All Progressive Congress (APC), particularly those from former Commissioner for Establishment, Babajide Sanwo-olu, camp, Babajide Olusola Sanwon-olu Campaign Organisation (BOSCO), have began expressing worries over how alleged power house were planning to cause violence in the state through governorship primary election of the party, expected to hold in the state on Saturday.

They claimed that there was need for authority to start bracing up security and that the state Governor, Akinwumi Ambode, and Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Edga Imohimi, must be caution against encouraging violence ahead of the primary election in which the governor was a contender, alongside others.

The Ado-Odo/Ota Divisional Command of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) yesterday rescued a suspected child kidnapper from being lynched by irate mob in Ota, a suburb of Ogun State.

Gianni Infantino, President of World Football ruling body, FIFA has sent a congratulatory message to Amaju Pinnick on his re-election as the President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).

In the polls conducted by the NFF Electoral Committee in Katsina, Pinnick beat three other contestants, polling 34 votes.

The second-placed Aminu Maigari got eight votes, with former international, Taiwo Ogunjobi securing only 2 votes, while there was none for club owner, Chinedu Okoye.

A video footage is currently trending online showing three African men (one Nigerian, two Cameroonians) being held hostage after a business deal reportedly went wrong in Iraq.
In the video, one of the men can be heard telling his people to send money because they have been arrested. He said that they are making ‘blood money’ over there (dollars) and that the person who is holding them hostage says he will kill them if the money is not sent to him.
An Arab man who showed his face in the video, pounced the men in the stomach as he threatened to kill them if he doesn’t receive his money.

Bobrisky Detained By UK Immigration, To Be Deported


Nigerian barbie, Bobrisky, has been denied entry into the U.K, where he is scheduled to have a Meet and Greet event this night.

According to reports, he is currently being held at a detention camp near the Heathrow airport in London and will be put on a return flight to Lagos by 10pm tonight, to arrive Nigeria by 5a.m tomorrow, ceteris paribus.
