Chained Generator Spotted In A Police Station.... Photo -

This
is quite shocking...a place which should be the "safest" in the country
is actually not safe...When the police which are meant to protect lives
and properties of citizens are not even sure of their own security,
then there is a very big problem in the country...
This was spotted
right in one of the police stations in the country -a generator set
firmly CHAINED to a window protector due to fear of prowling thieves.
The main question on the lips of Nigerians is 'Which thieves are the
police scared of, internal or external?'

Photo: Nigerian arrested in India with 600gm of cocaine sent through postal service
A Nigerian man was arrested on Thursday March 24, following a
joint operation between India's Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and the
Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC) of the Mumbai police which led to the bursting
of an
international drug racket that used postal services to smuggle in
contraband.
The arrested Nigerian, Frank William was found in possesion of 600gm of cocaine imported from Latin America. The cocaine, worth Rs 4 crore, was concealed in the axle of a vehicle that was sent via post from Latin America.
Sources said that the NCB received a tip-off that a parcel containing drugs was to arrive in India. The NCB tied up with the postal services and ANC and trailed the consignment for nearly a week as it passed through two to three countries.
When the parcel reached a post office at Khoparkhairane in Navi Mumbai, the officers laid a trap and arrested Mr Frank, when he came to collect it.

Amaechi Is Visibly Worried In Picture With Obasanjo...what Could It Be About?
Looking at the picture, I am beginning to think that
all is not well with Ameachi. Could it be the loss he got in the last
rerun or that he has got wind that probably PMB is getting tired of his
antics and would likely drop him.
If he is eventually sacked, what next
for Mr. Ameachi? One of the main reasons why PMB is not loved by all
especially the SS and SE is the fact that Ameachi is in his government,
the anti corruption crusade will never be taken serious until the likes
of Ameachi faces the same music being played by PMB and EFCC. I am sure
if this is done PMB will gain the love of all other parts as earlier
mentioned.
Chad withdraws from AFCON, meaning Super Eagles will not qualify for AFCON if they lose tomorrow
Chad has withdrawn from the 2017 African Cup of Nations qualifiers due
to the economic situation in the country. They will not honour the
return leg against Tanzania on March 28, according to Chad Football
Association Secretary General, Mahamoud. This means that if Nigeria's
Super Eagles lose to Egypt in the return leg tomorrow they won't partake
in the next African Cup of Nations tournament slated for Gabon next
year.
According to CAF regulations, if a team withdraws from a qualifying group or tournament, all matches played against that team will be counted as null and void as stipulated in Article 61 of CAF rules. This means the teams in Group G have been reduced to three, Egypt, Nigeria and Tanzania, the Pharaohs are first with four points, followed by Nigeria, who have drawn two games and garnered two points, and last-placed Tanzania.
Based on the regulations of CAF, the 13 group winners and the two best overall runners-up will qualify for the tournament, but a group with three teams is not considered when determining the best runners-up.

Ibinabo, Segun Arinze, Others Must Beg me or I Jail Them…Emeka Ike
Earlier in the week, a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos struck out the Actors Guild of Nigeria’s Board of Trustees and Ibinabo Fiberesima’s suit over the President sit of the Actors Guild of Nigeria while reinstating Emeka Ike as the rightful President of the Guild.
This is good news for the actor who has since went on leave in acting but what he is not comfortable with is that Ibinabo and her executives have refused to come and beg the actor.
Emeka stated that Ibinabo might be serving her jail term for an offense she committed but might likely go to jail the second term if she does not come to beg him as her executives keep going to the press to write negative things about him.
According to him while speaking with Punch, “My victory at the court has nothing to do with Ibinabo’s predicament. This case is different and if Ibinabo is going to go to jail for my own case, they should come and beg me. Instead of them to come and beg me, they are still going to the press to say all sorts of rubbish about me. There is still a second jail term for Ibinabo. It is called contempt of court and it would also include Segun Arinze. People have threatened to kill me but I am not scared of them.
“I am waiting for them and I would look them in the face and tell them that they are evil and I am righteous. I did not take the issue to the police but straight to the court and I am happy that justice has been served. Anyone that ties Ibinabo’s plight to my victory is only trying to blackmail me and I know they would not stop blackmailing me. How can anyone say that I sent Ibinabo to jail? Am I the Giwa family or the government?”

7 Things Abubakar Shekau Said In New Video - Politics
Boko Haram leader, Abubakar Shekau has resurfaced in a new video, but looks nothing like his usual eccentric self.
Shekau is seen in the new video looking weak and ill and seems to be speaking as if he has lost his purpose.
Here are seven things the Boko Haram leader said in the video, according to a translation provided by AFP:
“This is a message of greeting and joy for you to see my face.”
“This is my desire: that whoever sees this will hear nothing but greetings between me and you.”
“Only Allah knows the rest, as you believed (and) as you submitted. For me the end has come.”
“This is only the message I want to send to you for you to understand that this is certainly I. This is why I did this.”
“May Allah protect us so that no hypocrite stands between us.”
“May Allah protect us from the devil so that he doesn't achieve his evil among us.”
“May Allah protect us and may we stand firm on the path of Allah. I thank my creator.”

prison over a car accident in 2005 that took a man's life. Her bail
application suffered a setback yesterday Thursday March 17th at the
