Pineapple juice is the best nutrient rich juice among all fruit juices.
it provides lots of minerals, fibers, enzymes, vitamin C and energy. The
natural process of producing pineapple juice helps to retain all the
dietry fibers and nutrients which other wise are not avaliable in its
canned counterpart.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Serves: 2 serving.
Ingredients:
1/2 Ripe pineapple (regular size)
1 tablespoon Sugar (optional)
Salt to taste (optional)
1/2 cup water
Directions:
1. Wash pineaaple and remove its outer skin using a long knife. Cut it in to two halves. Take one one and chop in to pieces. Keep another half for other purpose.
2. Process pineapple pieces. Ground pineapple, sugar, salt,water and ice cubes in a blender or mixer to make a smooth puree.
3. Strain mixture through strainer in to a jug.
4.pour in to two serving glasses and serve. yes! Your pineapple juice is ready. It is very healthy to start off a new week with a healthy juice.
