Pictured above is a LASTMA official who was beaten by workers in an area in Ikorodu yesterday. The LASTMA official was trying to arrest a man who he said broke traffic rules, but the driver refused to stop and quickly drove into the premises of the company where he worked,according to an eyewitness . 

The LASTMA official followed the driver into the premises, started an argument with him and his colleagues and they descended on him after he refused to leave. more photos below;
