31 states declared so far and APC is still leading with 13,760,747 while PDP has 10,866,249 votes. Only 5 states remain - Sokoto, Taraba, Borno, Edo and Delta. The commission took a 10mins recess. Back in a few minutes.

APC stand a chance of Winning 3 out of the five state left
