Former Speaker of the House of Representative and APC Governorship
candidate in Katsina state, Aminu Bello Masari has been declared winner
of the governorship election in Katsina state. He pulled a total of
943,085 votes to defeat his closest rival and PDP candidate Musa
Nashuni, who pulled 476,768 votes.
