Super Eagles player, Onazi Ogenyi Eddy, has denied claims
making the rounds that he called for FIFA to sanction Blaise Matuidi
over his injury.According to Onazi, “I never granted any interview calling for FIFA to sanction Blaise Matuidi. I was unfortunate to be at the wrong end. It could have been him.”
Onazi explained that he didn't suffer any fracture but just a sprain.
He further thanked his fans for their support and prayers for him and promised a better outing next time.

Meanwhile, the France player, Matuidi Blaise, has apologized to the Eagles player and wished him quick recovery.
